When ordering the Award of Commendation Citation, be sure to give the recipients name as you want it to appear on the Citation. A standard text format will be used unless otherwise specified on your order. Be sure to give presentation date and titles of the two signatories that are to appear on the citation. Reads:  "Award of Commendation _________________ For meritorious and distinguished service in furthering the aims and ideals of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and the official seal of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, this ______ day of __________."  Has two signature lines.
